  • Communication Data: Content of emails, contact form submissions, WhatsApp messages, telephone call recordings (where disclosed and permitted), and any supplementary documentation or photographs you upload regarding appliance faults.

3.2 Technical and Usage Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website or interact with our digital interfaces, certain information is collected automatically through cookies, log files, and similar technologies. This may include:
